Chatsworth Road Chesterfield today 4-30ish. I was doing approx 25mph on the 'bike in a 30. And I got flashed ! as did the guy in front of me and the guy in front of him. "Oh
don't recall seeing a 20 limit sign 
" (roadworks) So I called in to the area police station (Chesterfield) only to be told "It's gone inaccurate, it shouldn't go off under 43, they all do that from time to time" 
If I'm ever caught by one of these infernal devices I fully intend to use this conversation in court. WTF

WTF !!!Mrs D, I had the same thing on a stretch of the A4 near Newbury. It was my "local camera" so there was no way I would ever speed on that particular road. As I passed it at about 25 (was pulling away from the traffic lights) I was flashed. I popped into my local police station to ask, since I was sure I was not speeding, only to be told the same, they do that sometimes, nothing to worry about!
I never did get a nice letter through, so I guess they can check it out. Not sure what you do if a truvelo takes your picture though, since there is only one shot taken!
