Rear Diff mounts?

Stripped the chassis and will rebuild soon, what are the rear diff mount bushes from as i dont want to poly bush this area due to possible noise transfer. Cheers.

Noise transfer? I've got poly diff bushes, as have many others, not heard of this phenomenon before??????

You drive a car that prides itself on being noisy, and your worried about a bit of noise transfer from the bushes!!!

I poly bushed everything on my Capri when I rebuilt it. I didn't notice any increase in noise (and that car was just quieter than the Cerbera )

Really an LS engined Mazda i know of made clunking noises when it was poly bushed, he then went back to rubber and it went, however if you guys have tried it then i'll pop em in!

The only car I have experience of doing is my old 2.8i Capri. I did everything on it in poly bushes, especially the rubber ones on the track control arms as these last about a year otherwise.

It may have been a placebo effect but it felt a lot more 'planted' on the road.

Just had mine done too - couldn't notice any difference in noise
