Game recommendations....

After much tooing, froing and "No, you will ship me a new one". Dell are sending me a Christmas present. A new XPS laptop with a GeForce 7900 (couldn't talk them in to a 7950... damn) graphics unit.

I'll play anything (Star Trek Legacy and NWN2 need completing) but I'm after something that'll make me go 'Wow', suggestions please?

Doom 3, HL2 are already in my bag as is Quake 4 and Prey... so... be 'creative'

Tried it, I admit the story and execution are good... but the game screwed up Windows (kept defaulting to 1024x768 on boot) or at least my profile.

Oblivion! Veeeery priddy graphics. Amazingly they remembered to include a damn good game which isn't over in a few hours.

Condemned Criminal Origins is good if ya like smacking people to death with intersting weapons (fire axes, planks of wood with nails/screws, broken shotguns.... )
FEAR is fantastic, very graphical and a great game.... Extraction Point (the expansion) is also fantastic!
CoD2 is very graphical and well worth it for the Single Player (I personally hate the multiplayer!).
Call of Juarez is also very, very graphical and well worth a look (its a fantastic western adventure!).
It's stunning looking across a valley.
Oh and GTR2, that is sublime!!
