Leakage from Door Frame

Got caught in a major downpour on Saturday, which while a tad annoying having dried out the car allowed me to spot one major point of water ingress, so was positive in one way.
It's coming in at the bottom corner of the roof where the seals fold over, close to the seat-belt mounts, having had a look the rubber there is all cracked and some is lost too, so needs replacing, but it doesn't look like a simple replacement job as the roof top seals are - has anyone done this before?

Not had the chance yet, but got the stuff in the garage from the S3, so it's a job on the list...
Mind you, the inside seems OK, this was coming through right at the bottom as the rubber seal wasn't guiding the water out over the bodywork.
