Yesterday I picked up a Ducati 749 S, in yellow, which I'll be taking out to Barcelona with me (I got such a good deal on it that I'll be able to ride it around for a couple of months then sell it on at a profit!).
Whilst I appreciate black ones are usually faster, this is the exception to the rule -
First impressions are good, I'm surprised to say that based on an hour or so on the bike yesterday it turns in better than my CBR and has a much more useable power band (like all Dukes I've ridden). Much more comfy than the RR too, and the grin factor it produces is on a par with the Multistrada (though not quite as good - Stradas really are the looney dogs danglies!).
I'll put a more detailed review in the next week or so.....
