Pipe flaring tool

I would like to know if someone had a Pipe flaring tool which I could borrow?
I'm also looking a single length of about 50cm of brake pipe or 4 or 5 pieces about 10cm long. Does someone has an of cut I could have? I'm based in Oxford!

I'm making a air bleed for my throttle bodies
