Wondered when uk spec Lamborghini started to use miles instead of km's as shown on the mileometer ?? I have a 98 model year car and assume newer cars show distance in miles.

i believe it was 99 with the new dash. my 97 also kms on the odo, mph on the dial.

So I think a bit later - 01 or 02? Certainly early Murcis have KM speedos.

I had an 04 supplied new by Lambo London in KM

confused Just to clarify, i am asking about the odometer a.k.a mileometer NOT the speedo ( which i presume is always mph ).

Either the factory uses whatever is to hand at the time or we have some people driving a few more / less miles a year than they thought they had !

Definitive answer anyone ??

yep, mine currenly reads around 18000kms (12,000 miles). Was told a story that in true Italian style it was whatever unit 'Luigi' picked up on the day determined the readout

i checked with jason b, miles on the odo was 99 on, early murcie also had kms, i'm trying to find out how many of each diablo were sold in the uk, hope to have info soon.
