Just phoned up Audi for a quote for the 40K belt service and have been told that the philosophy has changed and it should be done at 40K miles or 3 years. I'd never heard of the 3 years bit before and now they're saying I'm 6 months over.....
yes - had the same when I bought mine...and the dealer did it in on the deal at 36K miles /42 months old ...it does seem to vary by dealer - some are still quoting 60K miles or 5 years....
