First saw one a few weeks ago whilst driving past a BMW dealer in my Tam.

Did a double take and thought 'thieving b@stards - they've totally copied the shape of the T350C'.

Shame they dented it all down the sides though .

I followed one the other day.

Looked ok but I didn't really think it was up to T350 standards.

Seemed a bit slow, too. hehe

been in a z4m, that was not slow i personally like the look of the coupe, so much nicer than the rag top. 350 nicer tho.

I think you could also say it looks like a Marcos, or a Daytona...anything with the classic long bonnet fastback look. I reckon it's a great looking motor, doesn't have the presence of a T350 but is exclusive enough not to be 'just' another Z4.

Bought an M coupé instead of a T350C end of october, because I was a little bit afraid from the N.S. politics and reselling, and I'm now very pleased to become the absolution from TVR owners. Thanks guys, my shame become reduced.
The car is not so present and heartbreaking as a 350, but I have now to live with it.

This is exactly where I am currently - I want one car (12K miles pa) that goes like stink, handles some way towards my Lotus, has a boot, and looks the part. I don't have a garage and the car would live outside. My problem is this:

03/04 T350 around £22-25K mark - servicing plus anything else will be expensive with my mileage. Looks and sounds the absolute porcupine's penis. Has that road presence etc etc.

New Z4 coupe - really want the M, can't afford. Evn standard 3.0 will still be £30K. Definately a decent car which will no doubt perform and sport lower running costs. Pretty exclusive as well.
Not a T350 though.

What do I do??!?!

In the same position too, really want a t350 and have been considering the z4 as an alternative as I want 20k a year relatively trouble free motoring, its annoying really because as much as the BM has visual similarities to the t350 inside its just bland BMW with cheap materials puts me off and liek yourself I can't afford the proper one Z4M cry decided to abstain for now and see how the price go on the M in the secondhand market, another year or so my Alfa won't be worth much and I'd be more inclined to hang on to it which also means a TVR as a second car is more viable then also.
