Rear brake discs and pads
Standard Ford parts from any motorfactor

Hazard switch (inside var)
TVR part and quite comlicated though it could be the control box inside the dash above the passenger side

drivers seatbelt tensioner and belt
Don't know

The plastic pipes that spray the washer fluid onto the windshield
Any scrapyard

Alarm bells are going off, hasn't it been serviced in the last year? Regular servicing should pick up this sort of thing well before it gets bad enough to be an MOT failure.
