Any other PHers mad enough to have entered there selves into this ( actually I Know of one other and a Griffith owner too.)

I have never run more than 10 miles in my life but have been putting in a fair miles over the last few months and as from Monday get serious with a proper 15 week program.

I am hoping to do it under 4 hours maybe nearer 3:30 ish but who knows.

What are you hoping to do it in? Hows your training going and any good pointers from Marathon pros.

Looking to maybe do a Half at Silverstone or Brands Hatch too as training

Cheers

Simon

Entered, but not got through the ballot, so going to do some serious training this year to see how i would cope. I run a half marathon in under 1.30, but I think a 3.30 target would take some doing.

All the best guys and hope that you run lots of easy miles and don't try to do everything at full pelt.

I'd advise not exercising at all if you're ill. I found it made my illnesses last mich longer if I continued serious training through them.
