RST-V8 gone?

I was going through some car videos on my computer and there I found the clip of the Caterham with the RST-v8 bike based engine. Due to the terrific sound it makes let's visit the website www.rst-v8.co.uk but it was gone.

Does anyone know what happened to the company I remember they also had a superbike team only I don't know the name.
