A nice set of pictures you have pulled together there. I will leave colour choice comments to others who have more narrow minded views on the subject. All looking good.

It would seem that much of the early build was done by the previous owner so what I am going to suggest may be painful but I would recommend you strip down the suspension and paint the uprights, ball joints and track rod ends. All of that lot will very rapidly begin to corrode or oxidise and is very much on show when the front and rear clips are open. Ask me how I know.

Alright Keith, you have rumbled me, there is no car, it was all just a huge stunt. Sorry
But seriously, it is coming, honest. I have a few problems that I need to get sorted yet and then all will be revealed.
BLACK IS BOSS!

Edited to say: Sorry for HJ'ing your post San Diego GTR and welcome to the site that contains more sensible Ultima owners than you will find anywhere else (other than a parallel Universe of course!).

Yes Steve, you're right. It is basically a roller now. I love your idea. I will definitely do so. He's had it aligned already. Do you think I could mask it off really well and paint them on the car? Are you guys familiar with POR-15 paint? If not, it is incredible paint. Don't get it on your skin as it takes WEEKS to get off. It is like iron on parts that get wet, rock chips, etc. Do you have another suggestion or pics of your car you can send me or post?

Thanks,
Paul

I agree. I reckon it's just some sort of conspiracy theory invented by Wayne and Clive

Don't worry guys it does exist cos I've seen it.

Having said that I should also admit to having seen a ghost and a UFO.

I've seen a video of it.
But then I’ve seen a video of a UFO and the lock ness monster.....
I think Steve’s (the voice of wisdom) has been got at.
Taking an elderly lady out as proof of existence hardly quantifies it.

There is a wrinkly over the road to me, who I took out in my car last summer, I could have told her it was a milk float and she’d be none the wiser.

“Oooh lovely dear, you have to deliver the milk fast before it goes off I guess”

Alright alright, if somone can explain to me how to put a picture up here I will have a go. I must admit that if I had witnessed as much hype over such a long period of time as surrounds the GTW, I too would be sceptical.

Upload to photobucket or similar and then add a link here using the [pic] tags

That or email it to me and I'll lob it up for you
