If that if the route you want to take then first get hold of Mark Adams and see if he still has the tweekable maps available for the
flapper ECU.
Personally - I would whip the plemun off and have 45mm alloy trumpets installed - call someone like V8 Developments.
This will allow extra airflow - but should still not need tuning changes because the airflow meter 'show' still be able to handle those parameters..

I'm not sure that just fitting bigger trumpets on their own will yield reasonable gains - it wll probably move the peak power at bit further up the rev range, but ideally you'd need to lose the restriction of the AFM, then port the inlet (and exhaust) manifolds, and go for BV heads. Then uprate the cam, and have the whole lot set up on a rolling road. I would talk to a few experts to get a consensus with whatever budget you have in mind: V8 Devs, ACT, Mark Adams JE etc.
