Wonder if anyone can help my central locking only works from passenger side, nothing from driver side. I've been to the rennlist site and nothing of any help there.
Not after a detailed fix just want to know if its the sort of job I can do myself ( easy) or does it require a specialist?
Its a 1990 964 c2
Thanks Simon

When you say central locking, do you mean insert key and all locks operate? Or is it a remote central locking device?

There is a very small microswitch on the lock barrel, bit of a sod to get to, but removing the door panel, and then 2 lock shields will allow you to get to it, you may or may not have to remove the door handle, it depends on how easy it is for you to move in a limited space.
It may just be a simple as the wiring plug has been pulled off, this lives in the door, but resides at the bottom, small thing probably 1/2 dia, by inch or two long.
