roof seal required

I`ve tried searching the forum on here and the griffith pages and still can`t find any answers, so does anyone know where I can get the seal that attatches to the targa/ hinged roof section, and fits up against the removable hard top part of the roof, the seal just seams to push onto the edge of the targa section, but my old one has a couple of splits in and would like to replace it.

The newer cars use a metal channel screwed into the targa panel, then a seal slided into the channel. I've just ordered the metal channel and have the new seals ready for it. Theres also a plastic spacer which fits between the targa panel and the metal channel, although for the life of me I can't understand why.
My car had the rubber seals glued straight to the targa but they never fitted properly so as part of the work to repair and recover the targa after a small mishap I've just ordered all the bits to convert mine to this newer seal.

If your seals work fine now its probably not worth the bother but I thought I'd pass on the tip anyway.
Oh, if you can wait a couple of weeks I should [fingers crossed] have both of my not-so-old rubber seals going spare and FOC.

I'm looking for a set of Targa seals and can't seem to get the ones which are glued staright on. Where did you get the bits to convert?

But, I got the channels from Racing Green - Phil was brilliant.
I can't remember where I got the plastic spacers from, though I'm sure the receipt will be in the envelope so I'll have a look tomorrow for you.
The rubber seals are common apparently and anyone can get you them.

Clive - if you need them in a hurry I have some in the cupboard... They came from Woolies Trim, and I am about to order a lot of other stuff from them, so I can easily get more tacked on to the order.

I should add this to the Alt list as I have the woolies book and they are all in there, of which you can get free on there site. Or as Andy Said tvrcarparts should have them!

Wildfire, the new channels just arrived so I've got all the bits now to convert to the newer seals.
I've got photos of the new seals, channels and spacers if you're interested and I can give you prices for spacers and channels but can't seem to find the invoice for the seals for some odd reason. Drop me an email if you're interested.
