electrics headache

anybody reccomend a good auto electrican in sutton/surrey area i have tried and failed to find fault with my wiper and heater blower, changed relays /fuses traced wires checked live feeds earth points cleaned connections and cant work out whats wrong so some help is needed mot in six weeks! thanks in advance.
Can't help with a techie in your area.
But..... did you re tension the switches.
Try adding an extra "earth /ground" with a wire with croc clip from battery ground to thing being tested.
Sometimes 12volts on a test lamp is misleading! A blower motor and wipers take more current than a test lamp. You need good tension in your switches, even to op a relay.

Probably the closest TVR folks to you are TVR Fix (020 8394 2847).

It's often worth asking a local TVR Indie - they may even recommend
a good Auto Electricial - some of they 'prefer' to contract out some work like Glass fitting and Electricial - if it goes beyond the basics..

Can it perhaps be in the ignition key switching? Probably you have checked this already. But if it is the key switch itself, fit a temporary on/off switch to the lead to at least be able to drive the car until you have tracked/installed a new one.
