Toolbar help for a Numpty

Please help , how do I delete extra toolbars Google, Hotbar, and epson for example ?? If I right click on them thay are all in the window but only in light print so I cant delete them that way please help me but be gentle

If when you right click the bars appear, and are ticked but greyed out, then it's possible that you don't have admin rights on the PC. This will make it very difficult for you to delete them.

The accepted way of removing hotbar / google bar / yahoo bar etc is by

click start
click click control panel
click add / remove programs
select the things you want to remove (one at a time)
click remove

if you don't have admin rights you won't be able to do this, and you're better off asking someone who has those rights to remove them.
