Frothy Fuel Issues...???
Discussion
I filled the car up with some of that new Shell Optimax replacement, and whilst filling noticed that it was rather bubblier than the Optimax, thinking nothing much of it, I went for a drive...
After about 15-20 miles or so the car started to run quite rough and began to stall at idle...
Sound like some dodgy fuel to you or... ???

Hi Peterpsg, hope to put your mind at rest, I have only used the Shell V power since I bought the Canam approx 3 months ago and the fuel is very frothy and takes ages to fill up, but touch wood have never had any running issues with the car, so I think you may have had a bad batch, the only other thing, I know its a bit daft, but when you take the nozzle out of the pump, make sure it is the correct one to the type of fuel you want, because I nearly put ordinary unleaded in once, because the nozzles were twisted, I am running a 6300cc 535bhp Chevy Hope this helps. Cheers.
