Wedge music

Hi everyone,

Long time no post.

My missus has a particularly diverse and weird taste in music. However, she recently bought the "Best of Fish" album (I told you she was weird). Anyway, there is a track on there called "Big Wedge" and it's pretty good rockin stuff. Ideal for blasting along your favourite road with the roof off.

I'm not very good at the computer stuff, so it may be available on I-tunes etc. Worth a listen to.

If you don't like it......please blame the wife !!!

Your missus has got it spot on ,used to be a big fan of Fish when he was still in the Band Marillion ,but classic tune with dodgy keyboards but pure 80,s along with wedge style , classssssssssss.

Just been on iTunes......... think I found Naglfar. Not found the Fish one but wouldn't "highway to hell" be a good one? Or maybe Deep Purple, Smoke on the water for all the wrong reasons

Awesome! You have some similar music tastes to me! Another metal head Wedger! Cradle and Dimmu are on quite often on my playlist.

Add to that list things like Dark Tranqulilty, Slayer, Morbid Angel, Sepultura, and even some non-black metal stuff like Within Temptation, After Forever, Nightwish, Trail of Tears, Korpiklaani, Finntroll, Iced Earth, Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper and System of a Down.

Have you noticed that the amount of fuel you use drastically increases when a hand banging tune comes on?...

Oh, on a non Wedge related topic, I recommend going to some of the mainland Europe Metal festivals. Check out Waldrock, Graspop and Wacken!

Nice tunes...Morbid Angel absolute classic band.

Went to see Slayer,Maiden and King Diamond last year off to Download this year.

I've got a sub woof. in my wedge fhc and every time I put Metallic's 'And justice for all' in the Cd player the rear window pops open.Love it!

My lass has already got the oridunal album by Fish called Vigil in a Wilderness of Mirrors...
Track 2 is the Big Wedge

I find the best thing to lissen to is the sound of the V8 orchestra conducted by the right foot in the appropriate manner

Been roof down 130mph in the wedge and don't know how anything out of a speaker is much use , why anyway ?
