In one of the other threads I mention there is an article on this car (or a car with 450 TVR as a reg on it). Piccies in B+W. Wouldn't get too worked up about it though as its a first impressions article. From the Aug 1994 Sprint SEAC special. Generally thumbs up.

Does the car still have that number plate? Looking at the pictures of Bruntingthorpe, there's a very nice, white 450SE with the number plate 450 TVR.

It was the 88 show car so will have all extras and more !. first i knew of it was in 93 when it was sold from Oxfordshire Sports cars, to a chap called Bill Pini who cherished it and showed it at various events.
I believe It had the engine overhauled last year at V8 Developments, and it retains the SEAC lump.
This is probably the first 450 which means the body is likely to contain Kevlar/ carbon fibe.
The Engine was high spec, solid lifters etc. one of only a couple of cars to have 16" lattice wheels..
haven't seen it for about 8 years, but if its good i would go for it..
