Plumbing on 1.6 zetec westfield

Afternoon all,

A friend of mine is building a 1.6 zetec Westy, and the instructions / pics Westfield have supplied in relation to plumbing in the engine are a bit lacking. He's contacted them directly but they haven't offered a useful response yet.

Does anyone on here have a car with the same engine, and would they be willing to take some pictures to help him out? Or alternatively, does anyone know of any good websites that might be able to help?

are you looking at the water pump and belt installation or the rad and associated pipework?.Go to the www.wscc.co.uk and look for a member called 'cast iron' he has just installed his,had a few issues and he should help you out.
