Guys, (and gals)

Does anyone remember the name/web address of the chap who started off the fight against the Gov about speed cams being unreliable and not often properly calibrated.
Older gentleman - is it the same one awaiting his ECHR outcome?
I'm sure Safespeed has picked up where he *may* have left off.
I'd search Google, but for the life of me, I've no idea as to his name or what to use as the search contexts.

Spot on! Well done that man.
Sadly his site is no more.
