If they've not owned one surely it can only be a tinge of the green eyed?
Also I think their reps have been blown out of proportion a bit.

I've only had my Tuscan since 15th Dec and i've had various comments from it's beautiful, it sounds fantastic to what do you want to go and buy one of them things for, it's not my cup of tea, it may be quick but only when its not in the garage and it must cost you a fortune in petrol!!!
None of which i really care about.
It is beautiful and it does sound fantastic, it is quick (VERY Quick), i wanted to buy one because of the looks, sound and because its a TVR.
It also has averaged 26.5 mpg for the last 30 of our english pounds which is only 2 mpg short of my better halfs BMW, which is painfully slow!!!

Its all Jealousy!!!
The really honest people, whether they like TVR's or not, appreciate it for what it is and does............It is a great looking TVR and it goes like stink!!!!!bounce

When they start spouting on about reliability issues, just say.
What problems did you have with yours then. That normally shuts the tts up.
