And I'm waiting for the postman tomorrow bringing me large quantities of shiny bits to celebrate my new MOT, (ok, I bought them the week before the test, but I've some cognitive dissonance going on so bear with me..)
For any new bits for older cars they want firm orders for about a dozen minimum, ideally 25 to make it worth their while to manufacture.

Shiny bits will scare cats off..
magnus said: Great firm I agree. BUT as the owner of a very old Chim I ask why have they not made polished aluminium rings to cover the black ones on my dash. Seems very simple and there are quite a few of us around. Have asked many times but always get an evasive reply.
ETB instruments do this, they converted mine from black to polished chrome for 8 quid a dial.
