Parts on my T350

Can anyone shed any light on this for me...

I keep hearing that parts on my T350 are taken from other Marques; VW Golf, Pug 206 etc etc...

Is this true? Are the wing mirrors from a golf for instance?

Not sure about mirrors but coil pack is off of a saab, alternator is a landrover, loom is an adapted vauxhall. The first two I know are true but the loom I read on here I think.

I can confirm that the door mirrors are from a VW Corrado, i have ordered spares from VW for my mirrors.

Oh, and the steering column and indicator / wiper stalks are from a Ford Focus.

Aha! I was caught in the rain last weekend and noticed that the near-side wiper lifts at, er, mumble-mumble mph. Does that mean that those wiper-thingies (no idea what you call them) you see in Halfords would simply clip to the wiper arm and keep it on the 'screen ? Magic - something to do at the weekend .
