Stopping bids from a bad ebayer

Did post this in the P&P, but had no response, so i'm hoping someone can reply here.
I am currently selling an item on ebay that is worth quite a bit, but i now have someone with a bad history bidding on the item and i want to block from the making any more bids. Looking at his history he had 8 out of the 13 Feedback as bad, these range from "No intenetionon buying, waste of time and money" to "no intention on paying". So it seems that they just bid for the hell of it. Only thing is that this will scare away real punters that want the item, but think that something dodgy is going on.
So can anyone tell me how to block this bidder?

Or just create a list of usernames you don't want to bid full stop, regardless of their history;
