I sent a reply to the TVR Car Club message (on their home page) about a game manufacturere wanting cars to scan for a new game.

I got a reply today asking me to turn up at MIllbrook, with a completed form that they sent me.

Here is an extract of that form:

Suspension Manufacturer
Type (Front)
(Rear)
Manufacturer
Front Width
Flatness (inch)
Rear Width
Flatness

What's flatness?

Sounds like rubbish to me - may be a reference to ride height or camber or something, but if they don't know the right term for it I doubt they know what they're talking about. Just like that tw@t of a games tester on TV the other month who 'baked' his tyres before a race.

Sounds almost certainly like ride height to me. Basically the flatter you are the lower you are. Another case of Max Power fcuking with the english language again to make it simple for the kids.......and game designers.
