Ive got the double adjustables (which are one up on the basic Gaz kit). My advice is dont bother, go for the Nitrons.

Getting the car set up right is imo as important / more important than choosing the right brand of component.

I'll soon be fitting some Gaz Gold on my Toyota drift car so will let you all know how I get on with them. Having been to the factory where they make them, each shock is indidually assembled & dyno'd so they come out of the factory to the spec, everything else is up to the you or who'ever sets them up from there.

Fully agree unless you have them set up properly there is no way you can tell if the car is going to be set up correctly, especially on something like a TVR. Corner weighting & damper settings are critical.

Springs, damper settings and geometry are critical. We'll have to agree to differ on the corner weighting, which imo is a complete waste of time for most people.

Yep
Nobody's perfect, I think you have a bit of muck in the adjuster and we will fix it pronto. I'm also not convinced the car is set up right, doubles are a bit more complicated and need the likes of Warren to set them up but I will get it perfect for you.

BTW Gaz launched a new gas charged double adjustable kit at Autosport and its looking like not a lot more than Nitron single adjustable money, I'm going to try them on Guilotines Griff to see just how good they are.

I'm surprised you noticed my stand with the girls next door.

Maybe we will have to talk a part-ex deal

The girls were nice and conversation was difficult. Thanks for the offer to fix the problem.

Still like the Nitrons, but will hold judgement of Solomon until they are fixed and set up right.
