paint job

just noticed that the new (3 months old) paint is starting to bubble on one of the wings, back to the garage tomorrow for a rant!

The boot on my wedge has done that, really quite annoying. Planning on taking the boot to my local paint shop (liphook coach works who do all local TVR and old TVR warrenty paint jobs) in the area. Could sting on the dollars though! DOH!!!

Don't forget to get a pot of the paint for touch-up.

went back to the garage today and they reckon it is air in the new fibreglass coming out, it is going back in 2 weeks time for them to re-spray after they have put a heat lamp on it to try and draw out any more, hopefully this will be the end of it.

Good to hear of a company that takes responsibility for their work Give them a plug if all works out well.

I had the same problem on my 1st wedge though the garage tried to blame me as I prepped the car. 2nd time around I sprayed the whole car myself...

I feel very confident that they will sort it, very helpful bunch, it is Austin Sherward in Woking, they can be found advertising in Sprint.
