New SPECS cameras going up on the A2

Driving up the A2 today I noticed that when you go past the specs cameras in the roadworks there a sites being put up for cameras further on although there were only two sets of cameras up the posts were up for another 5 sets on easch side. Anyone know when these are going to be functional?

Also does the old changing lanes loophole still work? Anyone fallen foul of it? See:

I spotted the posts when I was down for new year...didn't know if they were new (more roadworks?!? ) or old (previous roadworks).

Thinks: "A2? Sounds like Kent. Hmm, no problem."

Apologies to folk that live/work/drive in that area - but maybe it's just related to roadworks, and not a permanent system. I hope so.
