What's all that about then? Good, bad, indifferent? They gave me a ring today about popping in to see me. What should I expect and is it beneficial to be a member?

www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=92&t=331431 should help.

Think you'd get your money out of it.

Seconded!

Signed up primarily to get a cheaper deal on taking credit/debit cards via Streamline, but discovered that I could get free banking with the Co-op, free legal advice via their helpline and a whole raft of other stuff. not sure I want to go along to the local meetings, exactly but suppose there's an opportunity to grow the business from that too.

Big thumbup from me.

I signed up to the FSB in early December and the membership info is coming through the post now. Have gone for one of the co-op bank accounts, but the application process is all via post (rather than in branch) and has taken a couple of weeks so far.

Trade insurance, discounted web hosting, discounted telephone & broadband service, card services and free legal and tax advice were the main incentives.

I will feedback more after a few months of using the account and trying a few of the other services.

Cheers

Thanks guys. It's unusual to hear universal praise for an organisation. Looks like I'll be joining too.
