fault lights

Hi has anyone come across this fault before, on XJ6 2005

all the faults lights came on while driving on the motorway,
measges, low brake fuild, loss power, engine fault, hand brake fault, no brakes etc,,
after stopping on the hard shoulder and switching the engine off, and restarting, all the code cleared.
since still under waranty had car looked over by main dealer,
was then told,needs upgraded wirring behind dasboard, and the gearbox needs re-programing which isn't covered by jaguar waranty,
not to pleased,
after few calls to Jaguar waranty, agreed to pay only £100 towards the cost, rest off the bill picked up by Jaguar.
