Cleaning internet history

A friend has used another friend's computer and wishes to clear its history and other temporary files - so no-one can see what said friend has been doing.

My friend has an old version of 'cleanup' but is unsure whether this is is good enough or not.

Any advice or free software recommendation is most welcome!

Try ccleaner off the net.

Well it is free, and an old version might not understand a new version of IE.
