"Subject" column in OE

For some reason Mrs Londoner cannot get the subject column to appear on her laptop in Outlook Express so she runs the danger of opening spam and all that that entails. How do you configure this so that this column can be seen?

Haven't used OE in years, but I seem to remember their being a 'View' menu on the top that might get the job done.

I think that if you right-click on one of the other tabs (such as the 'From' tab) you will get a list of the other tabs you can add to the header. She should find it here.
