1997 933 Cab whats it worth ? Sorry for dull thread

Well after threee years of ownership the time has come to sell my 993 and I would really apreciate your views on pricing :

July 1997
Metalic Black
Classic grey leather interior
Carbon back sports seats
Roof cover
Tracker
Full closure alarm
Six Cd
Air con that works (recent re charge)
Full service history OPC and Northway
Serviced at 91k (24k service) now done 92k
Body work perfect bar small stone chips on front spoiler (bonnet respray by opc)
Check straps replaced by opc (now with 9 year warranty)
Wheels refurbed by opc (but may need to be done again next year no kerbing just a little corrosion around the valve cap)
Porsche club member
Recent 4 wheel alignment GT1 Chertsey
Recent front and rear tyres N2's
New battery last week


The only bad bit is the roof which needs replacing (either I can do this £1300 or I can sell as is) it dosent leak just wearing around classic points)

Is it worth replacing the roof before I sell ?

If not what is the likely value of the car without doing the roof ?

The main reason for sale is easy, the car just isnt being used as I now have a couple of new toys and another one arriving soon !!!
