Anglesey Circuit -new configuration should be completed May/June time. If you havn't been here (and I admit it's a bugger to get to if you live anywhere remotely civilised
)then you're in for a real treat. Even the old circuit - just over a mile long (=Brands Indy)was a real little cracker. I'm sure you'll recognise it from EVO where alot of testing is done and also from 5th Gear where Tiff et al spent alot of time hooning about. Scenery is absolutely spectacular and the drive up along the A5 is also into EVO testing territory which is fun
Deffo worth getting a gaggle of Nobles together for a weekend meet...

Superb! Suggestion for Noble track-day?!

Errrrr NO!
Why?
The only problem, but its a massive one, is where it is in relation to London. Parochial I know but a reality I'm afraid. Even for non Londoners unless you live in West Wales to get to Angelsey almost all of us will be driving past; Donnington, Silverstone or Bedford and almost certainly Oulton on the way there.
Sorry.

So where do you go on hols? No further than the nearest destination?
It is a trek, as I intimated in my original post, but for a weekend event could be alot of fun. Only those who like driving need apply
I realise this may be a distance for people to get to but I was thinking it would make a superb Noble trackday event location as opposed to the alternative venues being suggested on the other thread (which are good but not this good, IMHO!).
Obviously it would warrant an overnight stay (the eve before?) and spring/summer would be best so we could have a run around those superb North Wales roads the day before (within the speed limit of course as we wouldn't want to "meet" the infamous Chief Constable git, Sir!).

AKAIK you can book The Cottage through BookaTrack (and if you've ever seen Evo's ECOTY type articles when they've use Anglsey as a test track you've probably seen The Cottage in some of the pics).
Well its a self-catering cottage that holds I think 20-25 people, and has plenty of space to park. And is within minutes of awsome roads and Anglsey.
Could be worth a look if enough people are willing to make the journey (which was worth it even with a 1 mile circuit, let alone the new 2.something mile circuit)
