It's rumoured (from reliable sources) that some ISPs have a team of folks who monitor live traffic - and if hardcore porn is detected then they start saying stuff like "Hey you, xxx, from xxxx - stop downloading porn - we're watching you" with the intent of basically freaking you out, and put you off downloading any more!

I had a similar thing a while back but rather than saying a name, my computer would meow at me. Drove me nuts - thought a cat had got trapped somewhere and I hunted high and low for it.

I'm afraid. I'm afraid, Dave. Dave, my mind is going. I can feel it. I can feel it. My mind is going. There is no question about it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I'm a... fraid. Good afternoon, gentlemen. I am a HAL 9000 computer. I became operational at the H.A.L. plant in Urbana, Illinois on the 12th of January 1992.
