I don't have a part number to hand, but RPI sell the original Lucas parts.

Personally, I normally use the pattern Halfords parts and don't notice any difference in quality or performance. If you really study them, then perhaps the contacts are a little bit less sturdy, but on an engine which isn't renound for its efficiency, I doubt its going to make much difference. I just buy the standard Rover SD1 parts.

Actually, after looking at your profile, I see you have a slightly later 390SE. The engine is probably Land Rover based, so a Discovery cap and arm should fit unless someone wants to correct me? Take your originals into the shop if in doubt!

Distributor cap and rotor need to match. And there are several different rotors available. Experienced this as new rotor was the same, except for that it could be pushed down far enough! Had a ridge on the inside I didn't spot. Someone was able to source OEM correct part, but at ridiculous price (like 20 pounds....), and started to order various cheap ones, and found the correct one costing the total sum of something like 3 pounds.

Happy rotor hunting (as the caps are not to difficult to source).

Then you might want to spend 60 quid on an aluminium handbrake handle. Much better than the (probably split by now) rubber item the car came with.

Can be bought anodised black if bling isnt your thing!

Sadly, they have stopped doing specifically wedge stuff, but the handbrake handles are all the same for Wedge/Griff/Chimaera
