You know, the one's with the plastic back?

Mine are the standard black leather seats and I'm thinking of asking around if anyone wants to swap? Whats the difference in comfort/support? Anyone else done swap already?

I'd reccomend trying a 996 with the sports seats first.

I found they pushed my shoulders forward and it was quite uncomfortable.. so worth checking before shelling out!

yep i found the same although I am built like a baboon

the most comfortable pork seats i have ever sat in are the GT2/3 clubsport racing nomex jobbies followed by the "leatherette" versions fitted in the the MK2 GT3 comforts. Although they have no back rest adjustment and thus not suitable for every one, they felt fantastic and when stepping from a GT3 into my C2 with the seat on its lowest setting it felt like sitting on an orange box.

would have some in my C2 in a flash but they dont have a tilt facility rendering the rear seats un-useable.

the gt3 hardbacked sports seats are by far and away the most comfy car seats ive ever experienced.

and i have almost no buttocks, so they should be doubley comfy for anyone suitabley enabled.

I've just noticed your job title. This is a scam. Get us all excited about sports seats and then rake in the cash. You people make me sick.

BTW, yes I have the sports seats and yes my osteopath's children all go to a very expensive school.

Appreciate this thread is 12 years old but I have sports seats and trying to find ways of making it more comfortable. According to my local dealer sports seats cant be switched for comfort or 'normal' because things like floor an different apparently (which I find surprising). Maybe they are being uber cautious. Whats the view here ? Are they swappable ? Thanks

Zero issues to swap. The floors are not different for different seats!!
