F***ing Busses!!!

There I was trundling from 1 lane into 2 at a sedate 5 mph and a bl**dy by comes flying up the other way on the white line! I quickly swerve across to avoid head on collision. NS mirror hits another car and door hits their corner bumper, bus smacks my OS mirror and drives off!! I stopped to make sure other car was ok. Lady told me not to worry and that her car was being scrapped soon anyway. Didn't get the number of the bus!
I drive that route most days when taking the GF to work and there is always plenty of room. I guess the bus didn't see me pulling into the right lane! Last tiem I followed a bus down there it was getting away from me quite quickly.
Luckily all I have to show for the incident is a small 1" scratch on the bodywork which I am about to polish out.

Apparently buses these days have camera's so had it been necessary you could have subpoenaed the tapes

Well as quick as I could.
Just polished out the scratch with the aid of some P2000 and Faraclea. Now to respray a mini! A fun, fun, bodywork filled day. Luckily I have just bought 2 complete Griffith Doors with mirrors!!
