Over-long links

Sometimes really long links get condensed so we don't get the silly width pages, but other times they don't.

Unfortunately the whole page of the thread is rendered unreadable by repetetive scrolling - only for somebody to then quote the post on the next page and have the same thing happen again!!

Any chance of it being sorted?
