Hazard switch Wiring

I wonder if someone can do ma a favour? My Hazard switch - the little button on the end of the indicator - stopped working, I checked it and 2 wires have somehow been pulled out.
I have 2 wires connected to it, but it should have 4.
If someone can pull the switch out - you might be able to pull it out using your fingernails.
The switch has 6 pins on it, so going clockwise Yellow is on pin !, next to it is Green on pin 2. Where do the other wires connect to?

I've just tried to pull out my hazard switch and it wont come, 1/16 of an inch if that.
But if you do a search on the cerb forum for wiring diagrams over the last 6 months there is a posting of a wiring diagram on Sunday the 20th of August, headed "wiring diagram urgently needed for steering wheel ecu" and this diagram has the wiring for the hazard switch on it, and only shows 2 wires on pins 1 & 2?
Not much help, but it may have a fault elsewhere.

The wiring diagram only shows pins 1 & 2 connected though on a plug to the switch,

Just checked mine. I've just got two very thin wires going to the switch and my hazards work. ne green wire and one yellow wire.

Cheers for that Dave. What happened was a few months ago I had to remove the indicator stalk - it just unscrews off - but it wouldnt unscrew because the wire for the hazards was just winding itself round the stalk, so I just cut the wire, it looked just like a single cable, and I would just re-join it back up later, but inside were 4 very thin cables.

The wiring diagrams, your foto, and the fact that mine also has only 2 wires connected makes me think that perhaps only 2 wires are actually needed, but for some reason thay used a 4 core cable, this explains why 2 of the cables just seemed to 'fall' out!
