I work for a relatively small software company with a young knowledgebase. I've just been given access to the administrative part of the kb, so I can help write some articles.

Been digging around the searches which recently have come up without results...

I looked at this earlier and couldn't figure out what he was on about, and sure as hell don't now.

If any of my staff wrote a ticket like that, I;d be giving them a shoeing over 1. their lack of spelling and grammer, and 2. Not knowing WTF they are doing.

Theres a reason why some people never get past certain levels of IT, and thats it.

To many book reading IT support staff these days, and not enough common sense...
