Movement in drivers seat

My drivers seat has started shifting slightly under acceleration and breaking. The movement is probably only 3 or 4mm but it's quite annoying. Anyone else experienced this or have an idea what it might be? The car is due for a service in the next few weeks so I guess I can get it looked at then.
