Anyone know this griff with bonnet vents & odd wheels?

I had a look at it today and despite needing a good clean appears sound enough.

Does anyone know its history? I am told it was at the 2006 Griff Growl but the links to the pics of the Griff Growl 2006 no longer work.

One odd thing about the car is its vented bonnet.

Has it belonged to anyone here previously?

Can anyone tell me any more about the car?

There is also a very distinctive Griff number plate that more or less reads "Grff"....

Edited to say I have gone through old posts and think the car was previously owned by Rob Griffiths (Llanelli-rob).

Have you tried emailing Rob? He's usually pretty good at responding even if he does seem to be nocturnal
I know he did have a Griffith and sold it around August last year.
I like the wheels.

I have emailed Rob but I see he has not posted for a while on this site. I don't know if he still uses it? Hopefully he still has the same email address?

Lee, it was Rob that I bought it off last year, if you want to speak to him I have his phone number. Be interesting to know if anyone comes up with some history too?

I remember this one too... it was on ebay... and thats where i think Rob got it from.
