sticking tappet

Any one know if I can do any thing about a sticking tappet? had a new cam and followers fitted about 4000 miles ago and one of the tappets seems noisy can I do some thing about it?

are you sure it's not an exhaust manifold gasket blowing,as they sound just like a rattly tappet when they do go.

Have you tried hydraulic tappet cleaner/lubricant added to engine oil? I've seen it in Halford's- not sure if any good though.
