CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner

I've been looking for a product to clean the MAF on my P38a Range Rover. Can anyone tell me where you can get this stuff from the the UK?

The problem is that you can get it anywhere in the US but even though there is a CRC factory in Bridgwater, Somerset, I can't find a single can.
