I'm going to French Moto GP @ Le Mans !

Cool. I biked it to Le Mans for the GP in 2005. Took a tent, too. Camping there is such a pleasure - you can park your bike next to your tent (indeed, some brought another tent just for the bike); you can bring as much booze and food as you like and they give you free firewood all weekend with which to heat and cook. And the tickets for the race were reallty cheap - I think about 35 Euros for the whole weekend including camping. And the atmosphere all night in the campsites was brilliant.
Contrast with Donington - no fires, no bikes in the camp area and extortionate ticket prices. I love France.

Excellent choice. a bunch of us have been going there since about 2001. Its a great ride down there - go via the N138: roundabout after roundabout after....
as above, it really puts Donny to shame - the organisation behind the bike parking is amazing. If you do use it - its adjacent to the main entrance, be warned, and do take some documentation to prove bike ownership (and you'll be taking that with you to France anyway). Teh reason for this, is you need to prove ownership before they let you leave the car park with the bike - prevents theft! the other cool thing is when you enter the park, they will give you a ticket - and you need that ticket to be let back in. There is normally free leather/lid parking there too.
- or take the tram from le man city centre, it goes right up to the circuit (opens this year).
And do get there early on race day - it is sooooo busy! The Esses are a great place to watch too.
