Just arrived back home and put our precious new purchase in the garage out of the snow and ice!

I had forgotten how much I loved the Chimaera, driving it made me wish we had never sold our last one. Behaved perfectly on the motorway home. Lots of pops from the sports exhaust on the over run, fantastic burble driving and superb bark on power.

Very very happy

I think it's Blue actually - just the way the shade covers most of the car - but I might be wrong.

If it is blue - double congrats thumbup on buying both the best looking and quickest Chim.

I just missed out (by 5 mins) on a black 500 at Dream Machines when I was looking for mine a couple of years ago.
It looked good even in an un-prepared state.

Are you prepared for the fact that having the new TVR will keep you from "doing the drainage in the lower field" silly ?

Well done! I am sure that you are currently feeling like the proverbial dog with two d1cks! Personal plan for 2007....buy a 4.5 Chim and jump the Jaguar ship for a bit of the old mid-life crisis action!

Told wifey last week and e-mailed a picture so she had some idea of the looks of the said beastie. "Buy one! I love it!" Came the instant reply! There is indeed a God and I suspect he drives a Tivvy!

Enjoy the throb...
